What To Expect
From Dr. Henderson
Dr. Lynn Henderson is the principal veterinarian at Henderson Mobile Vet Services, and will return all phone-calls and emails personally when possible. Dr. Henderson will be the attending veterinarian at EVERY visit with your pet. This creates a strong client-veterinarian relationship, and allows your pet to build trust in their 'doctor'.
In-between veterinary visits, Dr. Henderson recommends that owners keep an accurate medical diary not only of the procedures and vaccinations your pet receives from the vet, but also of notes on things like your pet's elimination habits, eating and drinking, and any physical changes or unusual occurrences. Keep track of small shifts in your pet's behavior, including urinary marking habits and mood swings, along with diet and routine modifications. Show this notebook to Dr. Henderson when she visits so she may record any pertinent details in your pet's personal medical record, and investigate further anything of concern. Do not hesitate to call with any concerns you may have noted with your pet's health. Some circumstances warrant a veterinary health call to your home, and other's may be able to be resolved over the phone.
