1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we prefer not to bill.
2. We accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) cheques and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. Credit card information will be required (and held) in order for us to accept a cheque.
3. A few of our clients have begun to pay for services using Interac Direct Online Payment through their banking institutions. This is a surprisingly simple and secure way to pay that is instantaneous for both client and veterinarian. We would like to encourage our clients to explore this payment method and can explain how it works in greater detail when requested.
